The Platform’s total liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Popmolly does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that it will meet the specific requirements of any individual User.


11. Account Suspension and Termination

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Popmolly with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Popmolly’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future. These Terms are binding upon the User and their heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
